PROCESSING TIME
I aim to dispatch the majority of my items within 3 working days. However, the time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies depending on the particular design. For more details, see individual items.

I send UK orders via 1st Class Tracked & Signed Post and International orders via Tracked International Post so that you can track it's progress every step of the way.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES 

United Kingdom: 1-5 business days depending on the item purchased
Canada: 1-4 weeks
North America: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-5 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-5 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I will always fill out the required customs forms but I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
